Booking Policy

At AptEdge Marketing, we believe in keeping things simple, professional, and stress-free. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review the following booking policy:

 

Booking Confirmation:

All appointments are confirmed once payment has been received. Bookings are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled through our official booking system.

Rescheduling:

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $30 cancellation fee. This allows us to respect both your time and ours, and offer availability to other clients as needed.

 

Late Arrivals:

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session to stay on track with other clients.

No Shows:

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount or a $30 no-show fee, depending on the service booked.
