We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer the following refund policy to ensure your experience is a positive one. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable Canva templates, eBooks, guides, and other digital content), all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds.
However, if you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your digital product, please contact us at hello@aptedgemarketing.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
2. Physical Products
For physical products (such as promotional items and inventory products), we offer the following return and refund policy:
a. Eligibility for Returns:

You may return physical products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new, resalable condition.
b. Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@aptedgemarketing.com. We will require photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, as applicable.
c. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to request a return authorization.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Digital products that have already been downloaded.

Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" at the time of purchase.

Customized or personalized products.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for physical products. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for the refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated time frame, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. If there is no update, contact us at hello@aptedgemarketing.com, and we will assist you in tracking the status of your refund.
